Account Executive position Job Responsibilities:
- Handle AP/AR functions, GST returns,
- Prepare invoices, delivery orders
- Prepare full set of account incl. Monthly P&L report
- Other administrative duties, if needed

Requirements:
- Min Diploma or Degree in Accounting
- Experience in similar role
- Knowledge and experience in MYOB Accounting Software
- Good IT and communication skills
- Able to multi-task and work well in fast-paced environment
- Ability to adapt to changing demands and adjust priorities as needed
- Able to work independently, self-motivated
- Ability to start work at short notice is a preference
Sales Manager/Exec.
Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell company’s range of products to the Shipping, oil & gas, government and marine industries
- Locate and develop specific sales opportunities and plans specific sales approaches
- Proactively explore business opportunities and expand market share
- Work closely with high level ship owners & managers to introduce our products & services
- Attend to sales enquiry and generate sales quotations
Requirements:
- A level, Diploma or Degree in Engineering
- Male or Female
- At least 2-5 years of relevant experience in Marine and Offshore Industries
- Results and achievement oriented
- Must be proficient in MS Words, powerpoint, Photoshop and Excel
- Presentable, Good oral, innovative and written communication skills
- Overseas travelling may be required
Technician & Engineer Job Responsibilities:
- Installation, termination, commissioning of navigation & communication equipment
- Troubleshooting, servicing and repair of equipment
- Ensure work-in-progress is carried out according to timeline and of quality consistency with
- Project / job specifications and safety standards
- Preparation of service report and job progress update.
Requirements:
- Nitec, higher Nitec, Diploma or higher in Electronics Engineering or related studies
- Experience in similar role
- Ability to read and interpret technical/engineering drawings
- Knowledge of Autocad drawing is an advantage
- Willing to travel overseas
- Good IT and communication skills
- Able to work independently, self-motivated
- Ability to start work immediately is a preference

3Waves can manage your Shore Based Maintenance (SBM) contract, provide technical services & conduct Radio Survey for all major classification societies whenever you need and wherever your vessels may be, and when your job is in progress, 3Waves will be with you all the way till you are satisfied.
3Waves has a dedicated team of electronics & electrical engineers working round the clock in SE Asia region and has also an established network of foreign engineers to maintain your equipment in almost any location around the globe.
